ORDERING 

• All cheeses are hand crafted.

• We will courier cheese using frozen gel packs and an additional insulation layer or insulated polybins.

• All prices are in NZ dollars.

• Website orders can be shipped to a NZ address only.

PAYMENT GATEWAY 

We use  http://www.stripe.com to process our payments via a hosted payment page. For your security Meyer Cheese do not store or collect any credit card information on the meyer-cheese.co.nz website.   

DELIVERY & RETURNS

• Please allow 1 – 3 days delivery time.

• Rural deliveries at customers own risk and cost due an extra days delivery time. 

• Orders placed after mid-day on a Thursday, or on a Friday, will be dispatched on the following Monday. This is due non-delivery during weekends and some courier depots not having refrigeration options.

• All non-deliveries must be notified to Meyer Cheese within 72 hours of dispatch from Meyer Cheese.

REFUND & DISPUTES RESOLUTION

At Meyer Cheese our goal is to provide you superior service and quality handmade products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from us, please contact us as soon as possible.

If you need to return an item due to a quality issue or damage during shipment, we need to be contacted by email or telephone within 72 hours of receipt of the product. Please provide our Dispatch Department with such details as product description, date received, package tracking number, product batch & Best before date and the nature of the quality issue or damage. We will be happy to replace or exchange the item, or refund your money. If necessary, we will arrange the return shipping at no cost to you.

Returns for any other reason will need to be returned at the expense of the customer. No refunds will be issued for shipping cost of these returned items. Items not returned in original condition or partial return may not qualify for a full refund.
